Notes on Wellness Beyond the Individual

Ageing is not a disease and cannot be prevented. What can be influenced is the shape of the decline — whether function is retained until close to the end, or lost over decades of diminishing capacity.

Behind the noise of new trends, fatigue is one of the most common complaints in medicine and one of the least specific.
